Step 1: Register your rewards card
If you’ve been collecting rewards using a physical card or gift card, we’ve got you covered! To ensure that your hard-earned rewards are seamlessly transferred to our new program, it’s important to create a Good Earth Rewards account and register your card before September 26, 2023. Just visit www.goodearthcoffeehouse.com/rewards to get started. This way, all your existing rewards will be safely preserved, and you can continue enjoying the perks you’ve earned.
Step 2: Double-check your email address
If you collect rewards using the Good Earth Rewards app, please take a moment before September 26, 2023 to confirm that your current email address associated with your Good Earth Rewards account is up to date. This way, we can ensure that you receive all the important updates and information about the new program.
Step 3: Download our new app
On September 26, 2023 our brand-new Good Earth Rewards app will be available for download from your favorite app store. It’s important to note that after this date, the current rewards app will no longer be available for use. So, mark your calendar and get ready to explore our sleek and user-friendly new app!
Step 4: Sign up with ease
Once you’ve downloaded the new Good Earth Rewards app, signing up is a breeze. Simply use the same email address that you had for your previous rewards account. This way, all your points and progress will seamlessly transfer over, and you won’t miss out on any of the benefits you’ve already earned.
Step 5: Earn points and enjoy the perks!

Why are you changing the Good Earth Rewards program ?
We are changing our current rewards program to allow our members to collect points on every purchase and redeem for items they love .
Can I still use my Good Earth app after September 26, 2023?
After September 26 the old Good Earth Rewards app will not work. To continue to collect rewards you will need to download the new app from the app store.
What will happen to my existing rewards? Will I lose then?
Your existing rewards will be converted over to the new Good Earth Rewards app. For this transition to be completed you will need to sign up for your new Good Earth Rewards account using the same email address as your previous rewards account.

How easy is it to register and gain my rewards back on the new app?
Very easy! Create an account using the same email address as your previous Good Earth Rewards and your existing rewards will show up within 24 hours.
If I don’t update my information before September 26, 2023 what happens to my rewards?
To access your rewards you will need to contact our head office at rewards@goodearthcoffeehouse.com. You will need provide name and the email address associated with your current rewards account when you contact us.
If I don’t register my Good Earth Rewards card before September 26, 2023 what happens to my rewards?
To access your rewards you will need to contact our head office at rewards@goodearthcoffeehouse.com. You will need provide your name and serial number on the back of your rewards card when you contact us.
I have funds in my account, what happens to them after September 26, 2023?
After September 26, 2023 you will no longer be able to access the funds in the old app. Your funds will be transferred to your account in the new Good Earth Rewards app. For this transition to be completed, you will need to sign up for your new Good Earth Rewards account using the same email as your previous rewards account.
I have a good earth gift card what happens to it after September 26, 2023?
To use a gift card after September 26, 2023, you will need to contact our head office at rewards@goodearthcoffeehouse.com. Please provide the gift card serial number on the back of the card when you contact us.
