Toronto SickKids Hospital

The Good Earth Coffeehouse at SickKids is located inside the Peter Gilgan Centre for Research and Learning (PGCRL), which is part of the SickKids campus in downtown Toronto. The cafe is provides a welcoming place for patients, families, visitors, and healthcare professionals throughout the day. Whether you’re arriving for an appointment, supporting a loved one, or taking a break between responsibilities, the cafe offers a comfortable setting to pause and recharge. The cafe provides a refreshing spot to enjoy a coffee in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Although the café is affiliated with SickKids, it is not located within the main hospital building. It is situated in the PGCRL building at 686 Bay Street and has its own public entrance directly from Bay Street, allowing customers to access the café without entering the hospital. The café also has an outdoor patio. However, due to City of Toronto regulations and permit requirements, the patio is currently not permitted for customer use.

The menu features freshly brewed coffee, handcrafted espresso beverages, wholesome breakfast and lunch options, and baked goods prepared fresh daily. From an early morning coffee to a midday meal or afternoon pick-me-up, Good Earth Coffeehouse offers quality ingredients, friendly service, and a familiar coffeehouse experience for the SickKids community and those visiting one of Canada’s leading pediatric hospitals.
